Utilizes systems such as TREx for record transfers

Updates student information (address, phone number, etc.)

Assists parents with the enrollment process
Parent Support Specialist
- Connects families to school programs, after-school activities, and community resources
- Serves as a bridge between home and school to support student success
- Provides parent workshops and at-home learning ideas to support academics
- Builds strong family engagement through events, communication, and volunteer opportunities
- Primary contact for Parent Portal (PowerSchool App set-up)
Front Office Clerk

Serves as the first point of contact for the campus
