Collects, enters, and maintains accurate student and campus data across systems

Manages grade reporting, course requests, and grading compliance

Oversees the campus ID badge system

Registrar

Manages student enrollment, attendance, records, and withdrawals

Serves as the school’s official record keeper

Utilizes systems such as TREx for record transfers

Updates student information (address, phone number, etc.)

Assists parents with the enrollment process

Front Office Clerk

Serves as the first point of contact for the campus

Greets visitors and manages front desk reception

Answers, screens, and forwards phone calls

Performs data entry, including tracking student attendance and tardies

Provides general administrative support & Schedules appointments
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail
